* Equipping the financial and technical envelopes for projects and attending their committees in the occupied
authorities.
* Dealing with the government agencies to clear some of the company's documents.
* Dealing with the different entities related to the company's registration in government and private entities.
* Issuing the certificates and documents required for the company from various bodies such as taxis, chambers of
commerce, banks, etc.
* The file of the company's documents and documents.
* Subscriptions and various administrative contracts of the company such as the Internet - Daily newspapers -
Internet sites ..... etc.
* Office supplies - publications - hardware - maintenance work - ...... etc.
* The company's website and continuous updating of the new information.
* Subscribe to the company's ISO certificate 9001
* Create / cancel email for employees.
* Organizing all internal and external flights of the company.
* Preparing a general database for the clients.
* Responsible for managing phone lines Services to all employees.
Job responsibilities include (HRG)
* Responsible for all personnel works like the employee data base, the employee’s files, monthly social insurance,
the employee’s inquiries, attention letters, etc...
* Responsible for Labor office.
* Responsible for social Insurance office (form 1 & 6 & 2) .
* Responsible for healthy Insurance or Medical insurance.
* Orientation for new employees.
* Monthly HR reports.
* Respond to all staff inquiries regarding policies, procedures & programs.
* Updating employee’s files concerning their papers, insurance, job description, and evaluation performance.
* Responsible for audit all administrative acts that related to company employees like Attendance - lateness -
Penalties - Loans - over time - absenteeism, etc...
* Record and update employees' information, such as hires, transfers,
* Promotions, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records and database.
* Create HR letters upon employees' request.
* Responsible for managing phone lines Services to all employees.
* Deal with the bank to open bank accounts to the new comers.
* Responsible for the Car loans and Car allowance for eligible employees and handle all bank transactions.
* Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures.
* Preparing and ensuring monthly payroll fixed and variable transactions
(Hires, termination, Leaves, loans, overtime, penalties, incentive, special bonus, etc) .
* Cooperating with different departments to prepare job descriptions for the company's employees.
* Raising the level of job satisfaction among employees in the company.
* Rehabilitation and continuous training.
* Continuous motivation of employees in the company.
