 Dealing with passenger enquiries about flight departures and arrivals.
 Checking in Guests, giving seat numbers, issuing boarding passes, Allocating luggage labels etc.
 Informing the Guests about the luggage restrictions.
 Weighing Guests luggage, informing them of excess baggage, collecting excess charges if applicable.
 Providing extra care of the Guests with special needs.
 Responsible for assisting unaccompanied children.
 Calming and reassuring of nervous guests.
 Fully aware about the rules and regulations of International Aviation Industry.
 Assisting & guiding subordinates whenever required.
 Helping Guests through immigration & customs, also escorting & assisting of Guests during transit flights.
 Responsible for liaising with other Airport Staff as & when required.
 Performing various other duties whenever required as assigned by the Duty Manager.
