• Oversaw hiring of 500 employees to achieve 93% of the yearly planned number of employees.
• Managed the expansion team to hire 50 employees for the newly operated branches in Mansoura and Menoufia.
• Oversaw two open days with “Egyptian Food Bank and Misr Works” to increase candidates database by 1800 CVs.
