Scope: In charge of recruitment activities including talent acquisition, talent hiring, assessment of managerial levels, and internal promotions interviews. Reporting to HR director and heading three subordinates.
• Oversaw hiring of 500 employees to achieve 93% of the yearly planned number of employees.
• Managed the expansion team to hire 50 employees for the newly operated branches in Mansoura and Menoufia.

• Handled recruitment activities for Spinneys across Egypt with a total headcount of 3200 employees.
• Participated in seasonal mass hiring for 1200 casual employees within one month (Ramadan 2013).
• Initiated and implemented downsizing plan for City Stars branch for 600 employees where 200 employees were dismissed and 400 were relocated in three different branches.

• Created pipelining to supply the future needs of employees that led to hiring of 70 employees within two years.
