• Ensure proper implementation of IT application processes & procedures.
• Lead and assist the development team in the coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of solutions and collaborate with other technical areas to integrate the solution.
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend implementations.

• Responsible for various aspects of ongoing support and maintenance engagements. Partners with project managers and other web developers to successfully manage these client relationships.
• Collaborates effectively with creative team and web designers during the creative process.
