Job Evaluation;
- Comparing and contrasting the jobs within the established job evaluation structure and grading system.
- A member of an internal job evaluation panel/committee to support
on-going evaluations.
Job Descriptions;
- Preparing comprehensive job descriptions for all levels of jobs.
- Determining accountabilities & identifying recruitment and development parameters.
Organizational Structure;
- Restructuring the organizational structure.
- Re-designing & adjusting the organizational structure.
- Implementing the new structure on HRMS.
OD/Manpower Planning;
- Participate in the development of OD & Manpower Planning policies & procedures.
- Workload analysis practice.

- Re-designing & adjusting corporate titles.
- Managing yearly budget forecasting.
- Creating the headcount monitoring process.
- Editing and implementing all functions and organizations in ERP Oracle System.
Reports;
- SAMA reports (Monthly, Quarterly & Semi-yearly) .
- BOD & CEO reports (Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly).
- Finance & internal departments reports (Monthly).

• Creating, Finalizing and Implementing the Organization Hierarchy in the ERP System.
• Administer all Leaves, Letters, Annual Tickets, and Business card Requests.
• GOSI Registration.
• Verify supporting documents and cross-check information provided to determine the evidence necessary leaves.
• Insurance Policy renewal.
• Issue, delete, reissue medical cards.
• Medical Claims. Examine claim forms dealing with vendor if there is any issue.
• Find the qualified employee to enter them in the HRDF and link them with the jobs that have been created for them.
