I am working with an IT developing company since 2008. My role is office assistant.
# Assist in the daily office activities.
# Distributed daily incoming mail, parcels, couriers and office documents among employees.
# manage and organize overall papers and files Handling the maintenance and supply of stationary.
# Provide the employees with the needed stationary.Maintain cleanliness of office equipment.
# Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
# Handling/tracking the supplies of office grocery Items.
# Receiving the Grocery Item Maintain a monthly list of the office grocery requirement and cost.
# Manages the company's pantry area Respond the basic query of employee/visitors.
# Providing water, tea, beverages and other needs.
# Help employees in their daily office activities.
# finally I have U.A.E valid light duty driving license( manual gear)
