• Responsible for hiring and resignations procedures.
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing salary effects, like (attendance, absences, bonus and leaves).
• Update HR databases (new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
• Follow up in probation periods and contract renewals cycles.
• Preparing forms (1, 2, 6) and ensure that its completed according to the Egyptian labor law and social insurance laws.
• Checks the accuracy of bank account information of all employees.
• Handle employee relations and medical insurance.
• The authorized person responsible for company business lines as a benefit.
• Make data base decisions on (direct & indirect) financial & nonfinancial.
• Develope realistic and measurable performance and (KPIs) for each function within the organization.
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
• Assemble and analyze performance appraisal results quarterly.
• Update company manpower monthly.
• Analyze training needs to develop or modify training programs
• Maintain the training profile
• Evaluate the latest training material and e-learning methods
• Ensure the readiness of training materials
• Review & Maintain consistency of training materials
• Ensure the delivery of training programs as per the company's training objectives.
• Prepare training schedule
• Prepare post-training reports
• Fix any problem raised and collect trainees feedback
• Review detailed job specifications for the vacant position and Screen CVs matching the job criteria.
• Design and develop strong updated CVS data bank
• Update HR sharing Folder with the new batch data.
• Post our new job openings via well-known recruitment websites.
• Prepare Interviews’ session’s coordination.
• Follow up to have recruitment process feedback and evaluate it.
• Send job offers to the selected candidates to be signed.
• Start the hiring procedures with the selected candidates.
• Write and post job Ads on career websites
• Contact with potential candidates by using databases and social media via (Phone - E-mail- SMS - What’s App)
• Scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring Managers, presenting job offers and coordinate start dates for new hires.
• Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
• Interview Scheduling phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
• Contact with new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
• Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring hiring requirements
• Responsible for the filing of new staff offers
• Follow up with the daily applications received through different sourcing channels and recruitment platforms
• Handle works dealing with distributing documents to the concerned departments.
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to Senior Recruitment Specialist.
