Founded in Milan in 1937, Mapei is a leader in the production of Tile adhesives for, ceramic & stone, resilient adhesives for Parquet, wooden floors and wall covering as well as construction chemical products for the building industry, waterproofing membranes, self-leveling compounds, concrete admixtures for concrete and grinding aids.
Taking the initiative to start Mapei in the UAE with the Aim to venture into the GCC and India using the UAE platform. As a commercial director I developed the goals and objectives for Mapei in the Gulf, draw 5 years business plan and strategy, ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources carry out the work effectively. I managed exceed all expectation.
UAE
Established my own entity as a technical advisor in concrete technology and construction practices, and was involved in major multimillion dirham projects in affiliation with e-construct which is a major consultant and value engineering firm.
Appointed as the Technical Advisor to the EcoSmart board in the UAE. EcoSmart is a nonprofit Canadian organization with the objective of reducing greenhouse emission (GHG) due to the CO2 emission from the production of cement.
Conducted feasibility studies for new businesses, also helped in product development.
Developed marketing strategies, tactics, sales plans and profit targets; delivered sales by developing relationships with clients and top management.

General Sales Manager (GCC)
In charge of the entire sales operation in the Gulf i.e. U.A.E and the four export territories (Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait) reporting to the CEO.
Responsible for the sales force in Abu Dhabi and reporting to the General Sales Manager.
Modern Ready Mix is one of the leading ready mix suppliers in Al Ain since 1984.
Worked with the Ruler's Representative office in the Eastern Region of the UAE, to conceptualize and create Ready Mix in Al-Ain.
Lead the owners in defining the short and long term direction of the company plans with respect to: quality and continuous improvement.
Increased production by 5 folds, reducing the forecasted time of return on investment from 5 to 3 years.
Founded in 1978 IHG has successfully completed over 450 healthcare projects in 49 countries for private and public sector clients including 22 national Governments, the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation.
In the UAE, Implemented a National Health Care Plan (Turn Key Projects) which was tasked by the presidential court (H. H Sheikh Zayed Office).
I was part of the construction team at Fujairah new Hospital, subsequently I participated in several hospital expansions around the UAE.
