• Lead Global Accounts: Act as the primary lead for high-profile brands like WALMART /
KIABI/ADIDAS/REEBOOK managing their overall health and growth.
• Win Tenders: Execute product costing and participate in global pricing bids to secure new
business.
• Value Engineering: Proactively find cheaper, faster-to-source materials to improve profit
margins and shorten lead times.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the development of diverse items, from RFID packaging and
security tags to woven labels and high-end packaging.
Sampling & Artwork: Coordinate with global hubs to ensure artworks are accurate, samples
are approved on time, and records are meticulously maintained.
Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the bridge between the customer and the
factory, solving technical issues in bulk production.
Root Cause Analysis: Work with engineering and QC to identify manufacturing defects
and implement long-term corrective actions.
Quality Control : Work closely with QA team to ensure the End to end Quality Control

• Responsible for sourcing all kind of trims & accessories.
• Negotiate the price with supplier and settle the price with supplier
• Do check supplier prices and internal costing
• Work with global Development team in USA, UK, Hongkong, Italy, France & china as
well as Australia.
• Do investigate the supplier current production process as well as raw material, if
needed support them to increase the productivity
• Do monthly report and submit to global office.
• Following up with factory and arrange the sample for approval.
• Discuss with customer regarding production issues & sort it out.
• Keep record for all sampling & Approval.

• Develop product like woven Label, Laser cut label, Badge label, printed fabric label, Screen
printed label, Paper products (Hang Tag, joker tag, Bally band, Sticker, Boxer) Heat seals, Narrow
Fabric, RFID, Thermal Items Etc.
• Working with Muller loom m/c, Dorner loom m/c, needle loom m/c, Narrow fabric loom,
Heidelberg, digital printing m/c and different screen printing, Flexographic printing, Thermal
printing machine.
• Contact with different paper supplier like Munkin Polar, Fedrigoni, OTLEY Traders and others
supplier from HK and China for raw material.
• Contact with different yarn supplier like Long river, Dolphin, CQ and others supplier from HK,
China and local for raw material.
• Contact with different ribbon supplier like King, Leaders, Unifull, Coles Fabrics and others
supplier from HK and China for raw material.
• Work with global Development team in USA, UK and Hongkong. 7.Receive
development from global offices and marketing department.
• Keep Track of All Development sample and keep information updated in the file.
• Keep Approval record into specific file as per buyer.
• Discuss with management for pricing issue and done the pricing for different item.
• Working with different Buyer Such as H&M, Newlook, Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Next, Chicco, PVH,
Sears.K-Mart, Tema, MANGO, LEVIS, Dockers, Country road, Primark etc
• Follow up the sampling process and develop the sample.
• Submit the sample within lead time and getting approval.
• Working with the in house lab to ensure the right quality of product and in house test.
• Working with customer directly in critical situation for right time smooth delivery.
• Keep contact with customer regarding Upcoming order.
• Visit customers factory to solve the production problems.
• Working with proper planning and analytical process.
