I am involved in overseeing and managing various aspects of the company's business operations, strategy, and growth and Financial and accounting. I am in charge for Selecting and procuring materials from the local and international Vendors and Manufactories for supplying the material as per the local market requirements and project's specification. Work with the team for coordinating the logistic services for oversea and internal shipping and delivery. I have excellent knowledge and experience with the Procurement, supplying and handling the logistics services and documents (Customs, Vat, work with Clearance agent, transportation services and delivery etc). Addition to that, I am involved in the daily basis with my sales and technical team for supporting the business and ensure the high performance and customer’s support, like continues receiving the inquires. RFQ and Tenders. Meeting the project, visiting the site, review and approve the price offer and material proposal (the Quote) accordingly. I also Review the reports issued by my team for the compliance statement as per the project's request/ Project managers. In term business growth, I am focus on Identifying a new opportunity to increase in a company's size, revenue, market share, and profitability over time and focus on the Strategy Relationship Building with the clients and
vendors/suppliers.
