Key Responsibilities Under Internal Audit:
i. Assist the Internal Audit Department to formulate and implement strategic audit policies, maintain and perform audit programs across the organization.
ii. Develop and update/review Internal Audit Policy Manual, Rules, Regulations and other frameworks for Internal Audit functions.
iii. Conduct routine inspection based on pre-determined audit program of the organizations business operational activity.
iv. Analyze all the business-related reports/statements and develop various control system and improve existing system.
v. Conducting evaluation of the effectiveness of the internal control, risk management and governance systems & processes of the organization.
vi. Work with various business unit representatives and process owners to review and test internal systems and processes.
vii. Perform specific MIS reporting on monthly basis assigned by Management.
Key Responsibilities Under SAP Core Team & Being a SAP Super user:
i. Provide process knowledge and expertise throughout the SAP implementation project.
ii. Co-ordinate with consultant to get the existing business process into SAP.
iii. Validate the Master Data and Open Transactional Data migrated to the target SAP S/4HANA Landscape.
iv. Prepare & Validate the SAP- FI, SD & MM master data.
v. Regular Maintenance of SAP Master Data related to ongoing company’s regular/new business activity.
vi. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
vii. Provide first line of expertise during post-go-live support.
i. Finalizing the financial statements and drafting the audit report.
ii. Preparation of Financial Statements.
iii. Performing risk assessment & and planning of appropriate audit approaches.
iv. Performing the audit work with compliance to IAS/IFRS, ISA as well as the Local & regulatory compliance.
v. Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement.
vi. Conduction of final analysis and audit reviews and facilitating audit partners on audit reports, management letters and other special reports.
vii. Reviewing the design of management process, control environment and control effectiveness of the organization, identify the control weakness as well as suggesting the more appropriate remedial actions.
viii. Review of Financial Reporting Process in compliance with IAS/IFRS including an assessment of efficiency and effectiveness.
