 Creating and developing a new internal audit office
 Creating a professional foundation through developing and
implementing up to best practices audit charter and audit manual
 Planning, organizing and supervising the work of the Internal Audit
Division
 Recommending and scheduling Risk Based audit plan
 Selecting staff, assigning audits, reviewing audit work papers and
determining material problems and evaluating staff
 Providing leadership to the staff by supervising and managing their
performance toward their yearly objectives.
 Communicating wisely and successfully with all the process owners
and managing conflicts as professional as it needs

 Managing the co-sourcing arrangements with the external auditors as

 Conducting financial audit such as: reviewing interim financial
information, auditing compliance with regulations, rules, laws relating
to the entity or government, providing reasonable assurance about
whether financial statements are presented fairly in all material
respects in conformity with a comprehensive basis of accounting
standards, providing reports about the observations found during the
auditing.
 Conducting performance audit such as: providing an independent
assessment of the performance and management of a program
against objective criteria as well as assessment that provide
information to improve program operation and facilitate decision-
making.
