Role:
Report to Vice President of People. Manage Personnel Team, HRIS, Reporting, HR practices, policies and procedures for Egypt site. Be SPOC for People Department. Work with QC Unit to ensure HR Process and general processes are compliant with Egyptian and US Labor law and HIPAA Legislation. Provide reports and data analysis for non-compliance incidents. Administer Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution and Investigative Process. Manage Performance Management and Appraisals, worker’s compensation claims, and leaves of absence.
Key Achievements:
•Acting as a strategic change agent and managing new HR projects including new Employee Handbook, new Employee Integration processes and Manager Training.
•Championing new LMS project to create in-house University and Portal.
•Created HR success indicators and provided top management with regular reporting and analysis of HR practices and recruiting efforts. Introduced 5x5 reporting, gap analysis reports and a new succession plan.
•Acting strategic partner to identify HR implications and provided creative solutions to enhance individual and organizational performance for the region. Introduced new Compensation and Benefits structure.
•Provided leadership, acted as mentor and brand ambassador for both HR department and organization. Chosen as People Operations SPOC.
•Established new and effective employee communication channels to ensure consistency of messages. Introduced new communications template and implemented Fresh Desk employee support and ticketing system for HR.
•Provided leadership-coaching, employee counseling to implement corrective action fairly and consistently.
•Managed assigned client group in annual goal setting and performance evaluation process.
•Managed employee engagement programs and activities and conduct surveys by partnering with senior leadership.
Role:
Report to HR Director. Manage HR practices, policies and Procedures for 33 locations. Ensure Compliance to wage and hour law. Administer Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution. Manage worker’s compensation claims, perfor-mance evaluations. Conduct investigations and managing leaves of absence. Manage interactive processes for PDL, FMLA, CFRA, ADA, workers’ comp, and other leaves.
Role:
Report to CHRO, VP of HR, and President of SIGNUM, Co. (owner of all CA facilities). Oversee HR Operations for all 35 Skilled Nursing Facilities in CA - average 150 employees. Manage 35 filed HR/Payroll Representatives. Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and the CIA - Corporate Integrity Agreement under which all company facilities operate. Serve as an internal strategic consultant to SIGNUM Co. President. Provide guidance and expert level advice to Executive Direc-tors and provide guidance in strategic organizational initiatives. Conduct regular field visits to all facilities to follow up on processes and procedures. Report to Sr. Leaders to ensure consistent performance evaluation against company standards.
Role:
Report to Risk Management and Insurance Director. Evaluate all Risk Management and Insurance operations to as-sess risk and identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations to the Director on best practice polices and pro-cedures. Follow-up on insurance polices pertaining to workplace safety and travel.
