০ Responsible for delivery of high quality products consultancy, and implemented solutions for a variety of clients using ITWorx Education products (CLG), This responsibility is extend from the very early days of awareness activity through to completion and delivery of solutions
০ Applying new ITWorx e-learning products for different global learning systems
০ On-site training and mentorship
- Deliver Awareness and adaption session for clients on ITWorx Education products
- Deliver training Session for Core Team on Learning Management System (LMS)
০ Consultancy, Support and follow up
- Create implementation plan and progress reports
- Audit the performance on the implementation process
০ Help Desk and Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to the products, responding to queries either in person or over the phone
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem
- Walk customer through problem-solving process
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
- Identifying and qualifying business sales opportunities
- Develops good business relationships with clients
- Provides consultation services and information to clients who want IT/Business products and services and advises them on the best option based on their needs
- Receives, analyzes and responds to business proposals
- Analyzes and explores business and market trends and stays updated about new technological developments
- Develop marketing strategies to compete with other companies who sell insurance
- Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks
- Calculate premiums and establish payment method
- Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms
-Follow-up with policyholders to deliver, explain policy, analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes
- Coordinate press presence at conferences and events
- Registration for press
- Follow-up on the press coverage of events
- Write articles and press releases in both Arabic and English
- Translate articles and press releases
- Proofread and participate in the production of the chamber’s bimonthly magazine
