• Install, maintain, diagnose and repair PC Hardware, Printers and other IT peripherals. ( Xerox Printer System, BMC Remedy System)
• Install networking equipment such as Network Cabling, Network Switches, Access Points and Network Printers etc. when required.
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain all approved collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, WinZip/WinRAR, McAfee etc.
• Provide 2nd layer support related to Advanced Troubleshooting.
• Analyze problems and develop creative solutions by research and vendor resources.
• Registering, prioritizing and following up all tasks using IT Service Desk application (BMC Remedy System).
• Follow standard IT Service Desk procedures to support users.
• Follow strictly and perform preventive maintenance tasks effectively as scheduled.
• Perform appropriate hardware and software upgrades.
• Monitor, analyze and report reliability and performance issues.
• Participate in different project tasks as assigned.
• Provide occasional after hours and weekend support.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
• Managing access door system. (Administrator user of the system)
• Managing Active Directory. (Administrator user of the system)
• Preparing and configuring PC hardware of Disaster Recovery (DR) project.
