As the HR. Manager, I oversee talent acquisition, development, and employee relations. Collaborating closely with executives, I ensure alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals, maintaining compliance and fostering a supportive workplace culture. My role contributes to CSCECs global leadership in construction and engineering through effective HR management.
Responsible for writing business plans and incentives, managing business development processes from screening, early engagements, studies, negotiation, and other required activities to progress proposals through stage gates all the way to deal closure. Leads business development activities encompassing creating and developing partnerships along the value chain; developing business proposals; and identifying suitable partnership strategy and business models to maximize value creation for Nozul.
Responsible for managing resources and staff, developing, and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the locations revenues. Furthermore, oversee the performance of other employees who work in the branch, developing success, and leadership skills. Building an excellent multitasking and organization skills to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with representatives of foreign governments, multiple United Nations agencies, and NGOs. Identify and monitor potential foreign activities for cooperative arrangements from which the KSreleif would derive benefits, recommending short and long-range strategies and plans for cooperation. Represent KSrelief at international forums and several Non-Government Organization meetings as required. Organizing International forums, issuing invitation letters, and managing logistics coordination for attendances.
Representing the company relationships with sevral Saudi government entities to ensure the companys best practices and maintain these relationships for the purpose of ensuring grant funding for accomplished projects. Communicating and advocating for the company priorities to different government entities on key issues related to ongoing projects.
Responsible for all labor law related matters. Working closely with the HR team, ensure documents are completed and received on time and ensure visas are approved for the Ministrys foreign employees. Coordinating with the relevant government departments with regards to ongoing Ministrys projects.
