1 - reviewing contract and adjust them to company benefits 2- reviewing claims before submitting them to insurance companies 3- developing the insurance process to avoid rejection 4- responsible for employees medical insurance ( adjust benefits and classes to reduce the cost and keep the claim experience at reasonable rate) 5- train salesmen on using insurance websites for approval 6- keeping copy of insurance claims so it can be reviewed during settlement with insurance companies 7- negotiations with insurance companies regarding renewed contracts 8- monthly reports to management regarding the amount 9- reviewing amount and deductibles 10 daily meetings with sales manager to discuss salesmen's mistakes regarding insurance and avoiding them in the future 11- quarterly reports to management on profits percentage and increasing the networks if the company can afford to raise the discount percentage 12- responsible for motor insurance policy
