* Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution and taking corrective action as necessary.
* Organizes and gathers meeting agenda, documents minutes, ensures accuracy, and circulates for review, using the company processes and templates.
* Prepares kick-off agendas, schedules meetings and workshops.
* Gathers information necessary for project reporting: creating reports and circulating for review and official submittal through
Document Control.
* Verifies project ADRs and Workplans are being maintained by proiect team.
* Maintains project file management standards are upheld.
* Support project invoicing through accurate file management, timely internal and external communications and updating company's financial system to ensure timely receipt, distribution, and payment of invoices
