Maintain the overall SBU business model and business plan, ensuring those are updated on a frequent basis based on the input from the Director General, Head of Business Development, and/or the Financial Controller.
Conduct market opportunity analysis (MOA) including market size and growth estimation, competitor analysis, market attractiveness analysis, etc. to assess market attractiveness for the SBU.
Develop and maintain financial models, and feasibility studies, for evaluating the viability of potential business opportunities, progressing to subsequent phases of the Idle Land Law, or entering new Cities for the administration of the Idle Land Fee.
Assist in establishing the solution / service design for new opportunities including pricing strategy, distribution strategy, promotion strategy, and Implementation Planning for solution / service launch, taking into account current SBU financial standing.
Maintain close coordination with the Financial Controller for all budget implications stemming from new business ventures / forecasts.
Assist in the development of business case proposals / pitches for investors / partners / clients by assembling and summarizing data to structure financial forecasts, drafting PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Upon the request of the Head of Business Development, support the Strategy Execution Lead as and when required.
Developing and maintain strong relationships with all Captains
Acting as a first point of contact and front line support for all our Captains resolving device issues, training matters and other queries
Recruiting high quality Captains and promote Careem and motivate them to continue working with us
Ensuring our Captains follow the Careem quality standards
Training Captains on our technology and customer service experience standards
• Worked with more than 800 international employee and handle salaries, vacation, and relocate.
• Designed a training program to prepare our worker to the work environment in Saudi Arabia and help them to learn Arabic and computer applications basics.
• Come over many new challenges due to government regulation to settle nationals as a labor force in the industry.
• Raise the company ranking to the Green Level within my first 6 months in the company, and help the company to get the government aids for hiring Saudi National.
• Worked on establishing our IT Department to track our finance and costumers.
• Manage our HR department for a year.
• Designed the organization services based on the customers needs.
• Build the organization internal regulations and the ethics code.
كانت الهيئة العليا للسياحة تتطلع لقياس مدى رضا الزائر لمنطقة حائل عن مستوى الخدمات المقدمة من قبل المشغلين والمستثمرين في بعض المواقع السياحية في فترة مهرجان الصيف وخلال رالي حائل الدولي. قامت الهيئة بتشكيل لجنة للإستطلاع تجربة الزائرين كنت عضواً فيها، حيث شمل الإستطلاع أكثر من ٣٠٠٠ شخص في ثلاثة مواقع. في نهاية عملي كمتعاقد تم اعداد التقرير ورفعه للهيئة وللإمارة والغرفة التجارية بحائل.
