Team Supervision
• Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within Product Management team is carried out in an efficient manner and with adherence to operating procedures and policy
Budgeting
• Contribute to the preparation of Product Management budget and monitor actual expenditure against the approved budget to ensure alignment
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
Product management
• Provide leadership in management and development of the NCB Credit Card in order to achieve the P&L for the product. Continuously monitor profitability in order to ensure budget and profitability targets are met
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in order to contribute to the product development and enhancement process
• Identify co-branding opportunities and initiatives (based on value proposition) by building strategic alliances with partners in order to improve the USP of the credit card
• Facilitate preparation of concept documents, product programs, marketing briefs and acquisition campaign mechanics in order to ensure the entire process of product management is seamlessly managed
Sales coordination
• Own and deliver external market insight in order to keep the team updated with competitor intelligence and recommendations on resultant actions for maximizing sales
• Ensure strong governance and practices with related business partners and vendors including marketing agencies, card suppliers and printers in order to avoid any delays
• Analyze sales figure and customer feedback in order to effectively monitor the performance of products and adjust product features as necessary
• Use market research and competitor intelligence to understand customer behavior and competitive strategies in order to recommend the introduction of appropriate products/ services that meet customer requirements
Regulatory controls management
• Take lead in ensuring alignment and approvals from relevant stakeholders for launch of new products, product enhancements in order to ensure that all activities are in line with regulatory standards
• Work with SAMA, Internal Audit and Compliance in order to ensure complete adherence with applicable standards
Continuous improvement
• Motivate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business processes, productivity and cost reduction
Reporting
• Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports of to meet operational / business requirements, policies and standards
DUTIES:
• Managing the operating expense and fee income as per operating plan.
• Ensure that the payable are paid to the partners on a timely basis as per partnership agreements.
• Monitor the profitability of each portfolio as per financial projections.
• Manage partnership expectation and ensure satisfaction with the performance of the programs.
• Monitor and ensure the meeting of the service level agreement.
• Manage customer satisfaction level.
• Monitor and ensure that the programs, activities and product offerings are compliant with all internal, external and regulatory requirements and guidelines.

• Managed the relationship with the card associations to derive maximum support through the customer business agreement and partnership for growth agreements.

DUTIES:
• Cost and margin analysis, preparation of selling rates.
• Maintain flow of voice traffic through the network.
• Managing sales and purchases with verification of carrier invoices and consumption analysis.
• Accounting management of Telecom-Operators in Far East, Middle East and Europe. Also, in charge of contracts for business opportunities with international carriers for initial approval.
