6 Months internship at Pakistan Agriculture Research Council. I have research on Pathological and biochemical aspects of mungbean yellow mosaic virus with respect to Resistance. I have screened 100 varieties of mungbean in the field for checking the source of resistance and in Green House trial I have worked on systemic acquired resistance in Mungbean by application of elicitor compounds and analyze enzymatic activities like SOD ( Superoxide dismutase), POD(Peroxidase), CAT (Catalase), phenols and proteins.
