Own and manage client relationship and manage customers’ accounts throughout using their laptops or T.V’s, while meeting service level in handling all transactions measured through productivity reports.
Support company’s products, e.g. Sony Vaio Notebook, Home Theatre, Sony camera’s, E-Readers…etc.
Advise customers of the technical business solutions that fit their businesses and assist customers with technical troubleshooting, or via providing Pre-Sales information.

Supervising, Mentoring & orienting New comers and developing dedicated program to fast track the new comers improvement till they ace all the attributes in their core job
Expedite and facilitate the escalation of customer service issues and strive for one-call resolution of customer issues
Selecting and coordinating candidates eligible for the The “Women’s Entrepreneurship & Leadership” program, which was funded by “The Goldman Sachs Group incorporation” in cooperation with the Wharton school of business of the universities of Pennsylvania and AUC.
