* Prepare and provide comprehensive planning, construction reports, look-ahead plans, along with Planning Engineer, throughout the project lifetime.
* Perform material procurement process; sourcing suppliers and quotations, bid assessment, negotiation, finalisation and expediting delivery.

Highlights
* Successfully managed & executed procurement, construction, and FAT of CI Skids manufacture project for Oman Oil; 6 portable and 1 permanent skid, largest 3 nos. being of 380 Bar(g) design pressure with API 10000psi piping.
* Was an active member of OPS’s bid team for her most diligently bid tender and got unanimously nominated as Project Engineer after contract award; Occidental of Oman’s 5 yr. MSA, approx. value $54, 540, 000/-.
* Contract awarded by DPS for my first ever estimated project (mechanical scope); approx. value $1, 380, 000. Initiated the approval and procurement activities.

Highlights:
* Calculated accurately the physical weight of the stack to determine the crane capacity and prepare rigging plan. Dismantling was entirely successful.
* Executed both LH-1 & CH-1A shutdown simultaneously as Site-in-Charge.
* Managed & supervised replacement of existing 32” with 36” flare line & associated structural fabrication at shutdown involving 3 separate fabrication teams, completing 6500+ IND welding at shop with consistent supply towards erection.
* Completed 7717 IND fabrication & welding in 29 man-days at shop up to 24” bore and 936 IND (72”) in the 1st week at site.
* Was awarded the “Safest Site” in DHDS expansion project at BPCL-KR.
* Executed erection & alignment of Steam Drum (31 MT) and 13m high fabricated Water Wall tubes (8x8MT) in impressive time.
* Completed the erection and alignment of 870 Main Bank tubes & 34 Wing tubes of Boiler successfully in only 27 man-days.
