• Executing the responsibility of an engineer for planning the instrumentation works, verifying completeness of works and keeping records of the works attended during shift.
• Coordinate with the Projects team for new projects. Commission the instrumentation System for new Projects and verify Cause & effect.
• Plan manpower and material for major shutdowns works, all maintenance works and projects related to plant modifications.
• Prepare punch List for the Activity carried out by construction group and coordination for clearing of all punch listed items.

• Ensure Instruments are calibrated and maintained to optimize equipment and plant availability.
• Operation & Maintenance of SDP-100 Pneumatic control panel used for monitoring Crucial wellhead safety parameters, with the help of P&ID diagrams
• Investigate and report instrument Mal-operation & faults and carry out root cause analysis for equipment failure.
• Routine checking of safety monitoring fire & gas systems.
• Responsible for maintenance installation and calibration of Pressure-Level-Flow-Temperature transmitters and ESD FSD systems
• Instrument loop checking and functional testing
• Ensure good housekeeping practices and safe working atmosphere with proper work permit system follow up. Suggest and implement any modification or up gradation of the instrumentation system through ongc management of change process.
• Represent Company during weekly meeting concerning schedule plan activity and project plan on all tools and equipment needed for construction

• Sound knowledge in Oil & Gas Process.
• Exposure to Operation and maintenance of equipment like Turbine generator and gas compressors.
• Experience in Bentley Nevada 3500 vibration system and GE Gas Turbines.
• Have good working knowledge along with trouble shooting experience in HONNEYWELL DCS control systems.
• Excellent skill in Inspection, installation, loop checking, calibration and maintenance of various process control instruments and Fire &Gas systems.
• Experience in Cause and effect study of Instruments in process platforms.
• Troubleshooting of pneumatic control systems with the help of P&ID diagrams..
• Usage of hand held calibrators like HART-375 with smart Transmitters
• Working experience in fire suppression systems (Halon, FM-200).
• Sound knowledge about Electrical systems & Electrical machines
