My work is based on receiving credit cards from multiple banks downloading them on the system and contacting the clients to put an appointment for delivery, following up with clients and making sure the delivery is on time and then reverting back to the bank sending them specific documents, sending daily and monthly reports to them.
Since end of 2018 i started working in the customer service office at aramex sinn el fil. dealing with clients directly and assisting them.
