Responsibilities
o Recruit, Apprise, coach, mentor, lead, manage, develop and motivate a healthy strong team
o Ensure a pleasant atmosphere for the team members
o Devise and implement sales strategies and promotions, pricing & discounting policies etc.
o Create a business plan and sales strategy by analyzing historical trends, forecasting, evaluating areas for increased revenue, examining competitor strengths and weaknesses, and reporting on market activity in order to exceed sales goals
o Establish and adjust prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
o Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to exceed annual targets.
o Ensure the efficiency of business operations as well as implementing and executing sales and promotions strategies
o Monitor daily market visits of the sales team and make sure those customers concerns are addressed in a timely manner
o Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Closely monitor in Market stocks to ensure stock returns are kept at minimum acceptable level following the company policy.
o Planogram Designing and Execution
o Develop effective strategies for maintaining and growing existing and new relationship with current and potential customers to develop sales and market share
o Generating new sales using existing and potential client networks; identify and introduce new client
o Ensure timely delivery of orders for all customer
o Run market activities to promote awareness and enhance the image of brand
o Analyze and read customer needs, competitor movements, market trends and take corrective actions.
