Role:
- Responsible for maximizing and maintaining business opportunities with new and existing accounts by delivering a highly proactive, reactive and responsive account management service and building trusted relationships with decision makers
- Preparing system design, calculations, shop drawings and method of statement.
- Managing projects during the construction period (Engineers, Foremen, labors, Assets, Equipment, Machinery, etc.)

Role:
- Full material take-off preparation
- Handle and manage the subcontract works from initial proposal till handing over
- Preparing shop drawings and final system design
- Revising all calculations of pumps and HVAC systems
- Coordinating between mechanical and electrical services according to civil works applied in the shop drawings and in critical obstructions faced in the site.
- Prepare a daily work plan and controlling an average of 80 labors
- Ensure that all Mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings
- Get the approval from consultant as per contract documents “inspection request”
