- Oversee the entire supply chain department (E2E ) over KSA & Bahrain, which includes:
- Manage Warehouse department ( 3PL management, 3 Sub WH’s in KSA and one in Bahrain)
- Manage Planning and Inventory Management department ( Demand planning, Forecast,
Inventory Management and Dealer's replenishment)
- Manage Distribution & Transportation Department( Inbound shipment transportation, customs clearance and Domestic Distribution)

-Managing 54, 000 pallet ( 40, 000 m2) of finish product storage area and shipping more than 130 trucks per day.
- Managing 28 employees and Shift Scheduling & Management, Budget & Resources Control, Inventory Management & Physical Count, Trucks Controlling/Shuttling, ( 3PL), Finished Product Receiving & Shipping and Finished Product Palletization, Strechwrapping & Order Management etc..
-Managing shipping destinations for more than 30 countries and keeping 99% recorded of On Time shipment (OTS) and on time delivery (OTD) with maintaining serves as measure by customer above 95%.
-Reducing cost by generation Joint Value creation (JVC) projects by improving Vehicle Fill Rate ( VFR ) and minimizing in transit damages.
-Ensure Best Quality & Safety Department with 100% Quality Assurance Capability & 100% Safety Adherence.
