Actually I was responsible As Wholesale business all over UAE.
Also responsible for outstanding payments.
Main Responsibilities:
-To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating show rounds with potential clients to show them our facilities.
-Co-coordinating all support to the customer including delivery in time, fabrication work and RTA formalities and follow up for fabricators payments through Finance Department.
-Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach.
-Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager
-Maintaining Sales Progress Report, Forecast and Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Location wise Month To Date / Year To Date sales & Stock Report.
-Responsible and take care of our Hino Trucks around quantity 50 at a moment. I was totally responsible and take care of my products in our YARD. To see the condition in sound / starting mode and keep clean and active all the time for any urgent delivery to the customer.
Manages all VEHICLES inventory on regular basis and take care of the vehicles through technical team. Keep
Active batteries and keep in good conditions for Demo Purpose at any time.

-Strongly follow up for old / pending payments with big customers i.e. Carrefour, Lulu Hyper Market, Union Cooperative and M/s Al Kozy Group of Companies in Jabel Ali.
-Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
-Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
-Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
-Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
-Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
-Partly I was responsible for HINO Truck sales. I was handling customers and submit quotations as per the requirements and keep aggressive follow up with the customers and reach at any positive conclusion.
-Sales, Budget Reports and Presentations.
-Maintaining Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Location wise sales & stock reports on regular basis.
-Assisting in preparation of Rolling plans / PASI (Purchase, Arrival, Sales, Inventory).
-To Prepare Bill of quantities& Tender documents for our Tenders in our Technical Solution Team.
-To follow up with the Consultant / Contractors for getting specification/drawings.
-To handle Marketing job during my tenure for around 2-years.
-Handling all Company Accounts, Invoicing and Cash handling all over UAE. (To create orders and deliveries and help them).
-Making LPO’s, PO’S and pending outstanding settlements through Finance Department.
-To handles Vendors and payments matter with Finance Department.
-Strong follow-up for Company outstanding and Inter Company payments matters.
-Follow up Logistic and Finance department of all issues.
