Develop and lead project-wide QHSSE strategies and policies.
Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international safety and environmental regulations.
Create and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and plans aligned with company goals, client requirements, and regulations (like HSE).
Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international safety, health, and environmental laws.
Act as the main contact for regulatory bodies and clients on all HSE matters. 
Supervise and mentor HSE specialists, rig coaches, and offshore personnel.
Drive a proactive safety mindset, leading by example and influencing teams to prioritize safety.
Organize and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized training (H2S, lifting, etc.). 
Develop, review, and oversee the implementation of risk assessments (TRA/JSA) for offshore activities.
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits of rigs, vessels, and operations.
Monitor the effective implementation of PTW systems for high-risk tasks like lifting, hot work, and vessel entry.
Verify the inventory, certification, and operability of safety equipment (life-saving appliances, firefighting equipment). 
Lead root cause analyses for accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Prepare detailed reports for management, clients, and regulators, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
Manage and test emergency response plans (ERP), ensuring readiness for various offshore emergencies (fire, rescue, pollution). 
Analyze HSE data, identify trends, and implement measures for continuous improvement in safety processes and behaviors. 
Manage development of early Aramco LNG Project Management System Plans / Project HSE deliverables, and the project’s HSE studies throughout the project phases.

➢ Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to management to prevent recurrences.
➢ Preparation of Daily, weekly & monthly summary reports of field HSE issues and activities, including
HSE documentation, risk assessments, JSA, and KPI.
➢ Ensure all personnel have the necessary safety training for the project and new hire Safety training
orientation.
➢ To ensure all reporting meets Company requirements promptly.
➢ To demonstrate and promote safety leadership, to ensure all rig personnel understand and comply with
HSE requirements.
➢ To advise rig personnel on HSSE matters.
➢ Personally responsible for own safety and conducting oneself to the standards of Company policies and
procedures.

➢ Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Inspection and Monitoring of all activities and facilities.
➢ Inspection of site facilities and provide guidelines on Health, Hygiene, and Sanitation.
➢ Attend the safety meeting with the client, stakeholders, PMC, Contractors, and Subcon and find
solutions to the site safety issues.
➢ Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment and safe systems and methods of work.
➢ Develop safety awareness amongst all staff and make them aware of their responsibilities.
➢ Provide information, instruction, and safety training to all staff and visitors, delegates, and
contractors as appropriate.

Undertake monitoring, supervision, and management of the environmental
aspects of the works in accordance with the Clients environmental policies,
procedures, CEMP, and frameworks.
