 Responsible for developing and improving Intermass’ brand presentation in all communication aspects, both internally and externally.
 Ensures that all correspondences issued from the CEO’s office meet the highest professional standards with respect to content, accuracy, and presentation.
 Provides bi-lingual capability (English - Arabic) for document translations, correspondences, and notices.
 Responsible for training staff in communication protocols.
 Responsible for cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in matters related to communications both internal and external.
 Monitor, assess, and provide reports on the day-to-day operations of the communications department to establish adherence to the communications strategy in terms of objectives, procedures, and expectations.

 Edit, translate, and create Arabic content for Media platforms, Company publications, and contribute to the issuance of Company communications and marketing content.
 Supervise all stages of their making and coverage including Contributing to the planning, selecting material, interviewing, writing, and translating to ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality content through diverse platforms: video, articles, and social media.
 Prepare and extract various news summaries and articles of interest to the Company from local and international newspapers concerning political, economic, or social development for distribution to the Management.
 Write and edit material for the company's electronic multi-media products to ensure accuracy and Completion.
 Prepare the contents of the company's website ensuring conformity of its design and text

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing

•Write and/or translate/edit clear and persuasive copy for Press Releases, websites, brochures, ads, and other means of advertising and corporate communication for Algorythma and portfolio companies.
•Work with creative team, designers, illustrators, printers, photographers and production companies to complete the campaign.
• Research competitors and keep abreast with their communication strategy.
•Monitor campaigns and change communication as needed.
•Update digital media with content in a timely fashion.
•Write press releases/communication from CEO / CTO office (internal and external).

CRM

•Translate meeting documents, technical papers and studies, periodical publications and official correspondence from English into Arabic.
•Translate into Arabic from English technical and background papers and studies, reports, publications, official correspondence and complex texts used for decision-making, in such a way that the translated text is, in meaning and style and effectiveness, equivalent to the original version.
•Ensure high quality and accuracy of the entire translated document before submitting / dissemination to the user.
•Consult with substantive units regarding possible inconsistencies or errors in the original text.
•Ensure that the translation is written with style, correct grammar and spelling, and completes the work within the agreed timeline and submits the final translation in soft copy.
•Collect and verify terminology and references and contributes to the linguistic research of Tabreed, to the building and enhancement of terminology databases and to the selection of useful reference documents.
•Upon request, interpret both simultaneously and consecutively into Arabic and, as required, from Arabic into English.
