Duties:
▪ Highlighting clear project financial and operational milestones.
▪ Preparing event materials like sound and lighting equipment, wood and metal decorations, name
badges and branded gifts.
▪ Planning and managing the delivery of a wide range of events.
▪ Producing and delivering end-to-end project plans.
▪ Travelling to onsite events to ensure preparations are in order.
▪ Leading multiple projects concurrently.
▪ Allocating tasks to assigned resources in order to ensure that all projects meet agreed quality, cost
and time scale parameters.
▪ Black-light indoor and outdoor wall-painting and decorations.

Start follow-up project with the target client.
▪ Get the design and engineering information and then provide him with drawings and samples.
▪ Taking the initial approval of the samples, drawings and finishes.
▪ Get a purchase order from the customer and start the work of the order for the manufacture and
production.
▪ Supply and installation site and the completion of the delivery and receipt works.
▪ Financial claim and collect the value of the project.
