 Manage Aramco Concessionaire projects by providing above-standard catering services. Serving more than 10000 meals per day including numerous V.I.P functions.
 Enforce the Implementation of Health and safety measures and HACCP.
 Monitor the cost and minimize the expenses while maintaining a smooth running of operations.
 Achieve company’s objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and Cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
 Manage Universities, schools, Private and Industrial contracts & coffee shops.
 Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in Accordance with company policies and procedures.
 Ensure that all menu items are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
 Make employment and termination decisions.
 Attend meeting with staff committee members and assert the results.
 Maintain a good relation with customers to fulfill both their requirements and expectations.
 Oversee the successful execution of the Nesma Trading Banqueting & Retail Division strategy.
 Leads the development of the Banqueting & Retail Division’s yearly strategic plan and budget.
 Manage and train 600 catering personnel
