- Reporting to Senior Counsel within the Legal team, the Data Protection and Information Manager is responsible for implementing Group policies and associated procedures within the Business to protect and ensure the fair use of personal information, ensuring compliance and delivering advice, training and awareness across the Business.
-Ensure implementation of Group/Business information protection and privacy policies and procedures within the Business
-Implementing the Group privacy compliance strategy and best practice within the BAE Systems Saudi Arabia Business ("Business"), advising upon all requirements including day to day advice, subject access notifications, Information Commissioner notifications to the Business, providing training and increasing awareness and compliance at all levels of the Business
-Providing guidance to senior management
In conjunction with the Group Data Protection function, develop and support the Business sponsor/representatives network to ensure compliant processes and procedures are in place, embedded and maintained
-As a member of the legal team, provide support to the BAE Systems Saudi Arabia legal team as required in relation to information requests and generally
-Receive and process subject Information requests, ensure such requests are complied with in line with agreed procedures
-Regularly carry out impact assessments and audits for information protection and privacy compliance, identifying and allocating remedial actions among functional and (where appropriate) country management
-Ensure actions identified to improve and enhance compliance are completed fully and on time
-Provide compliance management information and statistics to Group Data Protection Officer as required
-Liaison with the Legal team to stay informed of organisational changes and priorities of the Business - implementing required compliance changes where required.

•Ensure that processes and procedures are compliant with Business Policies
•Deliver a successful business solution to agreed time, cost and quality parameters.

•Manage the project budget and contribute into the organizational financial reports.
•Carry out policies and procedures in such a way as to minimise risks and maximise opportunities.
Create Contingency Plans, test them and announce success to ensure the bank business continuity.
