Responsible to :
▪ Act as a team leader for the Oracle Fusion project, overseeing the planning,
implementation, and execution phases.
▪ Responsible for analyzing, streamlining, and optimizing financial processes within the
organization.
▪ Evaluate current financial processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies.
▪ Document end-to-end process maps and workflows for finance operations.
▪ Lead initiatives to automate manual financial tasks.
▪ Design and produce reports to track the efficiency and effectiveness of finance
operations.
▪ Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, operations, and external
vendors, to implement process changes.
▪ Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder requirements and feedback.
▪ Act as a focal point between finance teams and technical teams to translate business
needs into technical solutions.
▪ Following on the projects and the new oracle fusion implementation.
▪ Review and updates Finance Department Policies & Procedures to ensure that it is up to
date and that the approved procedures have been followed.
▪ Study the business process within the Divisions/Sections of the Finance
Department to understand and determine the operational objectives and
its collected data to outline problems if any and to propose solutions and
enhancements as needed.

.Creating ESVs for each time sheet and DRSS on the SAP system.
. Creating invoices.
. Preparing Weekly Manpower and Financial reports.
. Following up with Certifiers and Verifiers.
. Following up payments from Aramco.
. Creating Saudization summary list.
