• Responsible for the overall establishment, maintenance and safekeeping of personnel records for all employees
• Participates in ensuring that Saudi Labour Law regulations are adhered to and advises on the impact of changes to the law relating to employees.
• Supervises all incoming and outgoing correspondences to make sure of the accuracy of its content.
• Ensures the full range of Personnel administrative services and actions are carried out in Personnel Section.
• Receives and responds to inquiries relating to HR issues
• Trains new staff in all aspects of their primary duties and responsibilities in Personnel Section
Recruited Management Business Performance and Planning to manage the females sections in farms, Responsibilities include the following initiatives :
• Assess the needs of the branches of the female labor force and submitted to the Department of Saudization in the company
• Interviews for the selection of employment
• Create training materials and assessment to training needs.
• Establish of new production lines for the work of the ladies.
• Support the process of Saudization in the company through the provision of job opportunities.
