• Give employees the information and reference materials necessary to perform their jobs.
• Making sure the employee is familiar and clear about the evaluation process.
• Responsible for monthly time and attendance records and approve requests for time off.
• Responsible for approving requests for a leave of absence or to use compensatory time off or vacation time; and for ensuring the employees’ appropriate use of sick leave.
• Help employees address and resolve a wide variety of concerns and complaints. These typically involve job duties, performance standards, relations with coworkers.

• Encouraging opportunities for future growth and advancement.
• Providing educational consulting services to students, parents, and school staff. • Providing students with the support that they need to develop academically and socially. • Counseling students in both individual and group settings to help them overcome behavioral problems, improve organization and time management skills, and set academic goals. • Helping parents and teachers identify potential behavioral problems with their students, and provide students with support as they try to overcome disabilities or developmental problems. • Monitoring students in classroom and play settings, and may suggest changes so that it better meets the needs of the students. • Designing Activities to meet students’ immediate needs and concerns. • Providing referrals for additional assistance, consultation and collaboration with parents, teachers.
