• Designing strategy map for the all the entities/directorates in the QF administration division for FY 2015-2016
• Developing the methodology, mechanism and the tools for QF administration directorates’ senior management review process and ensuring knowledge transfer of the concept to the Administration senior management through conducting a series of one to one meetings and awareness sessions
• Running the 1st administration quarterly review meeting in Jul, 2015. All QF Administration senior management had attended this meeting to review their efforts towards achieving the overall QF strategic objectives and discuss the challenges and explore opportunities for improvement
• Designing a series of Training workshops for QF Management to introduce the management concepts of developing and managing performance scorecards, project charters and KPIs concepts “ Leading Project Successfully”.

Key Responsibilities
• Presiding over quarterly performance review meetings for all the administration directorates enabling the top management of the division to evaluate the departmental progress and to direct the implementation of defined KPIs, that greatly impact business progress, and drive the achievement of corporate organization strategy.

Key Responsibilities as Acting Business Process Improvement Director:
• Developed a complete proposal for the Foundation’s “Documentation Approval Table of Delegation Authority” for approving policies, procedures and relevant documentation.
