• Utilized Lean Techniques and Tools to coordinate/plan operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum performance of personnel, machines and equipment. This included developing an overall Maintenance Strategy Decision Tree to determine the most effective means of Reliability which included Condition Based Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance and Time Based Maintenance.
• Documented all problems and courses of action undertaken; prepared reports for timely submission to the management over the phone call or official mail daily basic (fault log repot, weekly report, KPI, safety report, incident report, preventative maintenance schedule)
