Led enterprise IT portfolio management and program governance for the GTM Infrastructure
function, managing a portfolio of 190 business requests across AMS, APAC, and EMEA using
ServiceNow SPM tools and capabilities.
• Portfolio Intake, Prioritisation & Governance: Resolved chronic release overcommitment by
redesigning the end-to-end intake scoring framework for 190 portfolio items, delivered a
structured 80 to 90 commit cadence per monthly and quarterly GTM release cycle across
three global regions.
• Portfolio Governance, Reporting & Benefits Realisation: Designed and operated end-to-end
portfolio governance cadences including RAID logs, risk registers, dependency tracking, and
executive portfolio reporting. Built Power BI dashboards providing real-time portfolio health
visibility across schedule, scope, financials, and risk — enabling senior leadership to track
benefits realisation and act on blockers before they impacted release windows.
• Stakeholder engagement & Steering Commitee Facilitation: Aligned 25+ stakeholders across
AMS, APAC, and EMEA geographies on OKRs, release priorities, and portfolio roadmaps.
Facilitated portfolio review forums and steering commitee sessions, translating complex
portfolio data into clear executive insights and driving consensus across competing
priorities.
• Financial Management & Budget Tracking: Supported portfolio-level budget tracking,
investment prioritisation, and financial performance reporting — partnering with Finance to
align portfolio commitments with enterprise CapEx and OpEx governance processes.
Performed variance analysis on delivery cost estimates and contributed to quarterly
financial forecasting cycles.
• ServiceNow SPM platform ownership: Functional owner of ServiceNow SPM workflows
across demand management and resource management modules — driving adoption of
standardised portfolio processes, collaborating with technical teams to enhance reporting
automation, and ensuring best practices were applied across the portfolio lifecycle.

Enterprise IoT analytics delivery across JLL, British Telecom, HNIGL, and NXTRA
• Enterprise client portfolio delivery: Managed a concurrent portfolio of 4 to 6 IoT analytics
projects for JLL (51 sites), British Telecom, HNIGL and NXTRA, delivering energy
management, asset monitoring, and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) solutions with
CXO-level dashboards across all accounts.
• Portfolio Reporting, Analytics & KPI Dashboard: Built and maintained executive Power BI
dashboards across 51 JLL commercial sites and 12 NXTRA Airtel data centres — monitoring
portfolio health across schedule, scope, energy efficiency KPIs, and client satisfaction
metrics. Delivered an 18% improvement in energy efficiency and 25% improvement in
customer satisfaction scores, measured and reported at account level.
• Portfolio Governance, Financial Tracking & Delivery Standardisation: Owned end-to-end
delivery governance across all client accounts — RAID logs, vendor coordination, milestone
tracking, and executive reporting. Tracked project financials, managed delivery cost against
budget, and designed onboarding playbooks that standardised first-90-day portfolio
governance across all new clients, materially reducing ramp time and improving benefits
realisation predictability.
