Process and manage Payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any payroll-related issues promptly.
• Designing HR & other policies for introducing new & effective schemes for
employee development
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies,
procedures, and culture.
• Managing employee’s data for Processing Payroll, Reimbursements,
Leave Attendance, Documentation, Pay-slips, & Full Final Settlements
• Collaborating with the PRO for visa processing & other legal requirements
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in
resolving workplace conflicts and issues through effective communication
and problem-solving. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
by fostering good employee relations.
• Generate and analyse HR reports to provide insights and support decisionmaking. Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover,
attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the HR team to accomplish departmental goals and
projects. Provide support during recruitment and selection processes as
needed
-Managing HR services to support overall business strategy of the organization
- Designing HR & other policies for introducing new & effective schemes for employee development
- Managing end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
- Devising a strong induction and on-boarding process for new entrants
- Managing employees data for Processing Payroll, Reimbursements, Leave Attendance, Documentation, Pay-slips, & Full Final Settlements
- Collaborating with the PRO for visa processing & other legal requirements
- Managing Company Insurances like Medical, Workmen Compensation, Motor and all other contract Insurances
- Managing Fleet of vehicles with GPS Systems, RTA, Enoc VIP.
Responsible for the safety of all staff and third parties during execution of technical operations.
Ensure that any accidents are thoroughly investigated and analyzed.
Develop, implement and review systems and procedures in relation to maximizing productivity
and safety, conducting risk assessment procedures to analyze risk or changes.
Carry out regular monitoring of all technical operations.

Create, update and manage trouble tickets for any problem detected.
Ensure all docket information are captured in activity log.
