• Manage the project in accordance with the contract in the most efficient and profitable manner, taking particular care of the client’s requirements and company, subcontractor, and supplier interest, and leading the site staff to form a cohesive unit resolved to a common purpose.
• Liaise with Contractor, Project Management, Consultant, and Client for the projects.
• Coordinate with Local Government Authority in approval practices.
• Negotiate with TPI/ADNOC for any comments or queries and other required documentation.
• Authenticate the Pre commissioning Package of the project (LPG Storage Station, SNG Plant, Gas in Building, Network Pipeline) for submission to TPI approval and ADNOC Approval.
• Ensure that code and standard is being complied in accordance to UAE Civil Defence Gas Code, NFPA, IGEM, etc.
• Make available technical guidance and assist the design, procurement and estimation team.
• Management of staff, facilities and processes required for the project.
• Regular site coordination with construction team to ensure construction activities are in line with approved designs.
• Evaluate daily and weekly project schedule and submitting progress report to the management
• Evaluate construction specifications, preparing project plans, estimating project schedules and status reports.
• Assigned the tasks of creating technical specifications to meet project specifications and requirements of clients.
• Responsible for the formulation and review of period contracts for engineering works.
• Assessed effectiveness of system or design and reported to management; introduced necessary improvements.
• Coordinates with all departments (Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Projects, QC, HSE and Contracts) to ensure highest customer satisfaction and ultimate smooth operations.
LPG, NG & SNG System
• Coordinates with clients, consultants, TPI and local authorities for required approvals and NOC’s
• Technical skills combined with rich knowledge of international Codes and Standards (IGEM, NFPA, etc.) local authorities (Civil Defence & ADNOC) Regulations and Guidelines.
• Ensure that code and standard is being complied in accordance to UAE Civil Defence Gas Code, NFPA, IGEM, etc.
• Support the TPI in inspection of safety studies like HAZID, HAZOP, QRA and FRA for SNG/LPG Stations.
• Provide available technical guidance and assist the design, procurement and estimation team.
• Prepare all required technical correspondence for Authorities, Consultants and Clients.
• Manage the staff, facilities and processes required for the construction of Gas system.
• Regular site coordination with construction team to ensure construction activities are in line with approved designs.
• Evaluate daily and weekly project schedule and submitting progress report to the management
• Evaluate construction specifications, preparing project plans, estimating project schedules and status reports.
• Assigned the tasks of creating technical specifications to meet project specifications and requirements of clients.
• Ensure that efficiency of construction work is maximized and that costs are effectively controlled.
• Ensure that statutory health and safety regulations are observed at all times and that safety on site is maintained at high standard.

• Plans and schedules multiple project work plans and revises as appropriate
• Manages daily operational aspects and supervises project teams through all phases
• Preparing Project planning Schedule and Perform material take-off then monitored materials for procurement to ensure designed quantity and material specification.
• Review of Contracts, Approved Shop Drawing, Material Submittals, Methods of Statements, ITP and Risk Assessment for the project
• Executing the project as per project schedule, as per approved drawings from Authority, specification & client requirements Review of contract drawings, specifications, shop drawings and bill of quantities.
• Coordinating with Client, Consultant and Main Contractor for design and implementation of the projects.
• Effectively applies QA/QC methodology and enforces project standards with full compliance of project documents
• Project follow up and technical discussion with Site Engineers/Supervisor.
• Review project status and rescheduling of project schedule if required after discussion with client, project management and contractors.
• Reviewed design drawings to ensure compliance to codes, standards and project specification.
• Arrangement project oriented site equipment’s.
• Handling the Project records for individual projects.
• The management and implementation of the Company’s health, safety and environmental policy.
• Handling all Inspections including progress inspection, authority inspection, handing over inspection, etc.
• Preparation of work schedule charts.
• Resource planning for individual job and implementation of the same.
• Cost estimation made for each job.
• Follow-up for analyzing the efficiency of the plan implemented
• Manpower allocation & job allocation for supervisors.
• Controlling reworks and reporting the design deviations to design.
• Reporting the progress of the job to Management.
• Checking the individual drawing before releasing for processing.
• Implementation of ISO in the process.
