Achievements (Projects) 1. Re-establishment of the department 2. Launched a new version of policies and procedures and lead the change management 3. Facilitate regular reviews of HR policies and makes recommendations on needed updates to ensure full compliance with the governing laws 8. Guide Function Leaders on organization design and workforce plan required for efective execution of business strategy, including providing employment recommendations.
