Mainly I provide assistance to high-level executives within a company and is often trusted with complex duties and sensitive information.
In addition to General Administrative work are as follows:
1. Revolve around managing and distributing information within an office.
2. Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
3. Preparing correspondence letter including email.
4. Endorsed as the Management Representative of the company.
5. Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures. Performs document quality check in accordance with the company.
6. Ensuring proper documents classification.
7. Check/verifies registration for employees Health Insurance.
8. Preparing correspondence such as emails, Memo, Request & Inquiries.
9. Recruiting Staff- this includes helping and developing job descriptions, checking applications, shortlisting, managing applicants for interviews.
10. Maintaining employee records in files and database.
11. Preparing Fee proposal for our Consultancy Services.
* Document Controller
- Manage and files submittals for our projects including:
1. Preparing of Communication Table - disseminating them to all the mentioned teams.
2. Proper documentation of incoming shop drawings, material submittals, pre-qualifications, and letters.
3. Preparing MOM and disseminating them to all the attendees.
4. Keeping track of all emails, documents related to the project.
5. Coordinating with Project Manager and Contractors DC to avoid miscommunication and loss of files.
1. Prepare quotations from the inquiries coming from various companies.
2. Planning and organizing the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized.
3. Identifying what customers want. and offering our product through marketing.
4. Developing a full understanding of the business market-place.
5. Good rapport with marketing strategy.
6. Developing and implementing policies on issues like phone usage, and disciplinary procedures.
7. Involved meeting customers evaluating their needs according to the project.
8. Responsible for promoting and creating public interest.
1. Keep records of materials filed or removed, using logbooks or computers.
2. Add new material to file records, and create new records as necessary.
3. Assisting the Doctor with the patient.
4.Track appointments for the Doctor's.
5. Gather materials to be filed from departments and employees.
6. Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order.
Project: AL GHADEER VILLAGE
Al Ghadeer Development is located on the border between Abu Dhabi and Dubai in Seih Sdeirah. Aldar Properties' most highly regarded development is Al Ghadeer, positioned alongside the new Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD) Worth $91.2m (AED335m), the contract covers the construction of 707 maisonettes, townhouses, and villas, all of which will be preceded by site preparation work. Located in the northwest section of the masterplan, the neighborhood is part of Alghadeer’s wider design that includes 14, 000 homes, commercial properties, cultural and institutional amenities, and entertainment attractions.

Duties:
1. Receives and issues documents under transmittal, externally and internally according to document distribution matrix
2. All submittal approval pages, Drawings, Letters are being uploaded through our database system which is (ACONEX).
3. Ensures that all engineering documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the submission of the documents due date
4. Ensures that all documents have no errors in filenames, revisions, submissions, etc before submitting it to the recipient department/party to avoid confusion
5. Ensures that controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, contractors, and suppliers as applicable
6. Develops and maintains the projects department document control register.
7. Records and files all documentation between the projects department, contractors, suppliers & Independent construction control consultants
8. Allocates document numbers to internally prepared documents and incoming documentation
9. Maintains updated records of all approved documents and drawings in the Document Archive and the File Server with easy traceability
10 Maintains the files and control logs as required by the project procedures.
This course covers the role of the economic and cultural impact of tourism in development and planning, as well as the nature of and the priorities given to tourism and tourism policies at national scales. This course presents important quantitative methods used by tourism planners, researchers and consultants. But unfortunately, I was not given the opportunity to apply for my degree.
