RACOGT is an ISO 14001, 9001 and OHSAS 18001 certified company which is well known in the fields of Oil & Gas services, Hazardous waste management, Industrial tank cleaning (ADNOC), blasting & coating of industrial tanks (ADNOC) etc.

Responsibilities:

 Ensure high risk activity industrial tank cleaning (ADNOC sites; Bunker oil tanks, flow surge tanks etc.) work performance is planned and managed according to the schedule, with strict adherence to safety, quality and budget considerations.

 Provide mentoring and guidance to blasting and coating activities.

 Obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures.
 Be in charge of financial reporting to the CFO on regular basis.

 Maintain project work site in a safe and environmentally sound condition per the requirements of both the company and the client.

 Act as the company’s main contact with the customer for the resolution of operational issues.

 Maintain a detailed daily log of the events for each project.

 Actively participate in feedback and post-job evaluation portions of each project.

 Participate in auditing processes, including approvals, water monitoring reports, engineering designs, and contingency planning.

Key Achievements:

 Appreciation received from client (ADNOC) for completing shutdown works well ahead of the scheduled time period and within the budget.

 Played an integral role with project estimates, schedules and cost control during ADNOC (Borouge, ADCO & Takreer) industrial tank cleaning projects for RACOGT.

 Monitoring plant safety of various projects and be in thorough communication with HSE team to upgrade the safety standards and welfare of the people involved in the work.

 Involve with HSE to conduct thorough risk assessment, job safety analysis, tool box talk for various projects including high risk job activities (hazardous waste handling, tank cleaning, blasting & coating etc.) with weighting on each of the key project objectives.

 Managed a team of more than 70 members including supervisors, foreman, operators and labours.

 Currently working as project in charge for provision of Off-stream Inspection services for storage tanks FST-802 & 803 in ADCO Habshan BAB Field. Contract No: 16695.01

 Cleaning and restoration of 1041-F-057/058 slurry oil tanks and 1041-F-061/062 bunker oil tanks; Contract No: 16RRTSR11457

 Disposal of oily water at Fujairah Main Oil terminal (ADCO); client:-IPIC; Contract No: ADCOP-IP-TT-LT-0391-15
