Responsibilities:
Ensure high risk activity industrial tank cleaning (ADNOC sites; Bunker oil tanks, flow surge tanks etc.) work performance is planned and managed according to the schedule, with strict adherence to safety, quality and budget considerations.
Provide mentoring and guidance to blasting and coating activities.
Obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures.
Be in charge of financial reporting to the CFO on regular basis.
Maintain project work site in a safe and environmentally sound condition per the requirements of both the company and the client.
Act as the company’s main contact with the customer for the resolution of operational issues.
Maintain a detailed daily log of the events for each project.
Actively participate in feedback and post-job evaluation portions of each project.
Participate in auditing processes, including approvals, water monitoring reports, engineering designs, and contingency planning.
Key Achievements:
Appreciation received from client (ADNOC) for completing shutdown works well ahead of the scheduled time period and within the budget.
Played an integral role with project estimates, schedules and cost control during ADNOC (Borouge, ADCO & Takreer) industrial tank cleaning projects for RACOGT.
Monitoring plant safety of various projects and be in thorough communication with HSE team to upgrade the safety standards and welfare of the people involved in the work.
Involve with HSE to conduct thorough risk assessment, job safety analysis, tool box talk for various projects including high risk job activities (hazardous waste handling, tank cleaning, blasting & coating etc.) with weighting on each of the key project objectives.
Managed a team of more than 70 members including supervisors, foreman, operators and labours.

Kerala Minerals & Metals Limited (KMML) is an integrated Titanium Dioxide manufacturing through chloride route which is a public sector undertaking in Kerala, India.
Responsibilities:
To observe the standard operating parameters and assist the plant Manager for taking necessary measures for any deviation.
To assist the lead engineers to trouble shoot technical problems of the plant.
To inspect the working conditions, efficiency and durability of different equipments throughout the plant.
Supervising the installation of different equipments throughout the plant.
To conduct studies on the performance of different types of pumps and suggest methods to increase the efficiency of the pump.

Developed Standard Operating Procedure documents and led training and supervision of plant technicians.
Supervised in the installation and commissioning of different equipments in the plant.
Petrocil Engineers & Consultants (PEC) is a professionally managed multi- dimensional Engineering consultancy with specialists in Process, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Piping, Pipeline, Civil and Electrical disciplines.

Preparation of flow Schemes, PFD’s and P&ID’s
Develop sizing information for Pressure Vessels
In cooperation with plant engineer to develop line sizes & Hydraulic Calculations.
Necessary calculations for pump NPSH requirements.
Selection and sizing of Pressure Relief Valves.
Preparation of datasheets for various process equipment
Developing Pump Load calculations.
Design and sizing of Oil Water Separator.
Preparation of line list and Equipment list.
Developing Heat & Mass Balance calculations.
Key Achievements:
Worked as a Process Engineer in key design roles during Conceptual Design, Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) and Detail engineering.
Major roles during project concept phase to aid feasibility studies.
Direct contact with clients during continued engineering phase to update and modify specifications as per client requirement with support and guidance from Lead Process Engineer.
Provided support to other disciplines for troubleshooting key issues. Offered support during HAZOP studies for scenario identification and worksheet preparation. Preparation of various Analysis and Design reports as per company standards.
