- Providing quality assurance and support to the RTS pilot project in Almaty
- Conducting a review of international experience and identifying best practices in the development of RTS and integration of RTS into energy systems;
- Proposing relevant recommendations to promote RTS projects;
- Developing sustainable business models, technical specifications, and concepts for the new pilot projects on RTS (on-grid and off-grid);
