Ensuring highest level of guest satisfaction by exceeding guest expectations. Ensuring SOP'S and policies are in practice in consistent level. Ensuring FEFO & FIFO and monitoring food safety and expiries on daily basis. Handling guests concerns, complaints with service recovery professionally. Ensuring that all associates are trained as per the Standards Conducting weekly and monthly communication meetings with staff & Management briefings. Assisting team in programming, pricing, promotions on a regular basis to achieve the budget. Communicating with purchasing and warehouse department for requisitions. Conducting daily and scheduled inventories. Preparing Profit & Loss Statement. KFR and GL. Making sure staff welfare is served to the maximum to keep them motivated. Controlling on controllable & cost to improve bottom line.
Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly. Organizing duty roster of service staff. Cost control, inventory, Training Maintaining SOP for quality. Assisting RM and sharing ideas for generating targeted sale Guest interaction, menu planning. Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them. Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner. Assist guest with table reservation. Ensure guest are serviced within specified time. Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards. Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages. Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met. Overseeing operations, including maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency
