Sales Team Support
• Preparing Print orders, Sales Analysis, all inter office memos to Finance, HR, Accounts Department etc.
• Maintain complete details of Circulation staff- Executives, Supervisors, Newsboys.
• Co-ordinate with Personnel Dept. with matters regarding new appointment, visa processing, leave, passport release etc of Circulation staff.
• Co-ordinate with the Marketing department for the distribution of insertions such as Fliers, Belly band, Supplement, Covers etc.
• Co-ordinate with Vehicle Department regarding all matters such as maintenance, renewal, traffic fine, petrol cards of distribution vehicles.
• Performing day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paper work.
• Prepare Newsboys monthly salary and forward to the Finance Department.
• Prepare Distribution staff allowance like Friday, petrol, phone, Salik allowances monthly and forward to the Finance Department.
• Serve as a link between the Circulation Manager and Circulation staff by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work related problems.
