Supervise Chemical analysis of all raw material and packaging material
Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Approve the right products or reject defectives
Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
Handling all QMS and ISO documents related to QC Lab
Complying with ISO accreditation requirements
Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (results of quality audits, corrective
actions), including the need of improvement.

- Testing the received raw materials to determine its availability for production using equipment (Karl fisher, UV, Melting Point, Refractrometer, GC, HLPC, PH meter, Viscometer & Furnace) and prepare its analysis report.
- Perform Microbiological tests for Bulk & Finished Goods, Deionized water before and after UV, Raw materials & surface swab to ensure product quality.
- Preparing Lab Trials of new Product & Track its stability.
- Mixers and filling machines cleaning and sanitation follow up
- Following up of pest control program for plant & stores.
- Perform Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audits.
- Certifications and Documentations in charge (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
- Responsible for Documentation system & Preparing master lists (Sops, Certificate Procedure, Work Instructions, Analysis Report & Equipment Calibration).
- Identifications of CCPs in the plant.
- SAP user, check stock of raw materials, Issue order for RM store, transformation RM to manufacturing & confirm acceptable of RM & SFG.
- Performing regular Market Audit.
- Tracking for regulatory compliance.
Health & safety environment background where I was:
- Following up environmental measurements (internal & external)
- Following Up fire System (extinguisher fires, Alarm fire network, Fire Pumps) periodically.
- Provide Personal Protective Equipment.
Following up Industrial waste water treatment Station and test COD weekly
- Do Statistics half yearly.
- And Following up the Periodic medical and primary check.
