Remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow all uniform guidelines.
Practice double checking, teamwork and work standing and moving through the restaurant for up to 8+ hours.
Attain high rated GSS (Guest Service Scores) per company standard.
Ensure the complete satisfaction of each and every guest and answer guest questions accurately and politely and be able to effectively handle guest complains and requests.
Practice “Kick-Ass Service” mentality by entertaining guests and treating them as guests in your home.
Retain vast product knowledge of the menu specifications.
Ask orders for drinks, appetizers, entrees, desserts and after dinner drinks throughout the course of the meal.
Pick up and deliver orders in the bar
